Dogs are important

By: Joe B.

A Dog's Purpose, written by W. Bruce Cameron is a very heartwarming fiction. This book is from the dog's perspective.  A dog is raised from a puppy and dies multiple times and is a new dog with a new story for each. This book is 336 pages long and worth every page of it. It is filled with heartwarming sad story.

This novel starts off the first ever puppy coming out of his mother and his first thing he sees and  who his brothers and sisters are.  It goes into detail about each significant event and shows why dogs are on this earth.  The reasoning is that to help families get through hard times and to be another part of their family.  There are some events that show how the dog is trying to protect the family and others where the dog is beaten.  In the end the dog is important to the world and helped a lot of people on his journey.
This novel is a very interesting novel and I really enjoyed this book.  This is the first book of W. Bruce Cameron that I have read and I am looking forward of reading many more books he has written.  This book is 336 pages long and very interesting as well.  I recommend this book to all dog lovers and even animal lovers around the world because it can be presented as any pet.
