This review is missing the critical assessment

By Amber D.

The Diary of Anne Frank is about a girl and her family in the time of the holocaust trying to avoid the nazis. In 1942, with nazis overpowering Holland, A 13 year old girl and her family fled to Amsterdam and went into hiding. For the next couple of years before their where abouts got uncovered by the Gestapo (secret police), them and the Van Pels that was living in the same Attic were clustered together to try and survive. Separated from the outside world they faced hunger, boredom and the hard times of living in such close quarters.

I would recommend the Diary Of Anne Frank to anyone who is interested in the holocaust. This book is not only very touching it is a great novelty to own. When anyone ever thinks that their life stinks, realize what you have and where you live and go compare your life to Anne Frank.
