Original Fake: completely original

By Christopher O.
You know when you see a movie that you don't know whether your going to like. You find it's interesting from the preview to the sneak peaks but you can't decide what it's about. You've never seen a movie quite like this before and you don't know whether it'll do bad or not. It goes in to bizzare concepts that sometimes you relate to and sometimes you don't. And when you finish watching it, you don't know exactly what it was trying to say, but that it does it well. Your glad that you saw a good movie with good acting and directing, but it's the story you could take or leave.

That's this book.
This Story is completely original with maybe 1 cliche that you'll probably overlook. Our main character is a shy introvert, but a really good artist. His family consists of a mother who performs as a famous male singer, a father who performs as a time traveling transvestite, and a sister that performs her entire life to appeal to her friends and parents, but is a complete bitch to him. But when the hottest girl in school and her cousin  confronts him about working for world famous street artist Uncle Epic, he starts changing up his average routine. With having found dirt on his fiendish sister, getting in trouble for sneaking out to help a street artist, and keeping Uncle Epics identity secret.
This story does have some good illustrations that match the theme of the book very well. Not to mention the book theme of art is ironic because the book itself is one big artistic statement. If you have a certain genre you really like, and you don't want to read anything else then this isn't going to be your cup of wine. But if your okay with trying something new then I suggest that you try to read this book.
