How To Write Fiction

By Logan M.
Writing Fiction by Janet Burroway is about all the key elements on how to write narratives and other fiction pieces. Janet Burroway awarded the Florida Humanities Council's 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award in Writing because of this book. Two main points in Writing Fiction are Structure and writing process.

This book was written to explain how to write fiction. The author Janet Burroway walks you through the proper steps on how to write fiction. She goes over many main topics including the plot, writing methods, theme, conflict, crisis, resolution, and mechanics.
I would rate this book a five out of ten stars because i didn't hate it but it was boring to read. This book was a little helpful but some of the vocabulary was confusing to read. This book was too long and slow paced.
I wouldn't reccomend this book to people unless you are willing to read 400 boring pages. However, this book is pretty informative and can improve your fiction writing skills. If you are having trouble writing a narrative or any type of fiction this book will be good for you.
You can buy Writing Fiction at Amazon or Barnes and Nobles.
