Generic Title to Pique your Interest

                         By Matt C
For my final book review I decided to pick up one of the most popular books about writing. I decided to read "On Writing Well" by William Zinsser. This book focuses on teaching the art of writing nonfiction. William Zinsser is a fantastic writer who is often used as a reference by many other writers. His out of the ordinary approach to writing, and his unique technique is what makes this book so useful for striving writers. In this book he goes over the basics of the writing craft as a whole, as well as specific tools you can use while writing nonfiction.

As far as critiquing the book goes, I don't have many negative things to say about this book. It's informative, and useful, and even often times referred to as "the Writing Bible." Zinsser does a fantastic jobs using his own stories and talking about what was going through his mind while writing them, which gives great insight for other readers.
Anyone who wants anything to do with writing MUST read this book. It's such an important piece of literature that is guaranteed to help any singular person grow as a writer. William Zinsser really knows what he's talking about and everyone should take advantage of this book.
