The book I read is Thirteen Reasons Why By Jay Asher. The genre of the book is Drama and a little bit of romance. If you are going to read this book be warned its very very sad. The books chapter system is set up so each chapter is one side of the thirteen CDs that Hannah Baker sends out to certain kids. The CDs that Hannah sends out are reasons why she killed herself or committed suicide.

Thirteen Reasons Why is about a girl named Hannah Baker who commits suicide. Before Hannah kills herself she sends these recordings on CDs of her telling the certain kids the role they played in her suicide. Clay Jensen is one of the kids who receive the tapes. Clay had heard about Hannah like every other kid in their high school. Clay listens to the tapes and if Hannah gives a destination to clay for him to go he goes there. Clay listens to all of the tapes and discovers something if you want to know what read the book.

To be completely honest this book has to be one of the best books I've ever read. Thirteen Reasons Why is a great book its very sad and entertaining. If you like action constantly this book isn't for you. This book is a must read for anyone who likes sad books or anyone in general. Thirteen Reasons Why is an eye opener for people who dont quite understand bullying and depression. The book really explains suicide,why teen suicide is a problem and why kids feel like they want to end their lives.
