Evie thinks she's normal even though her best friend is a mermaid, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, and she works at a place called the International Paranormal Containment Agency. All Evie wants is to live a normal life; go to school, have a boyfriend that is not a paranormal. All the while, a bunch of paranormals are being killed, just as a paranormal named Lend shows up at the Agency. Evie must try to solve a prophecy and stop all the murders.
This book is a very well written fiction story; the author uses very descriptive sentences. The tension in this book will keep you on the edge of your seat and wanting to read more and more. The characters in this story are well written as well. I would recommend this story to those who like paranormal stories and mystery stories.
